Alphabetter Soup

Quick to make and very good.Ingredients:
3 green onions
A handful of green beans (frozen or fresh)
2 carrots2 stalks celery
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 bay leaf
15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
4 bouillon cubes (flavor of your choosing)
4 cups watersalt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup alphabet shaped pasta

Directions:Chop green onions, cut green beans into thirds, and slice carrots and celery. Cook vegetables in one tablespoon of oil with one bay leaf for about ten minutes. Add stewed tomatoes, water, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper and pasta. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water if too thick. Remove bay leaf (or whoever gets it gets to do the dishes...) and serve.
