Cheeseburger Mac

1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup ketchup
1 pkg Velveeta Shells & Cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup green onion slices (optional)
Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add 1 1/4 cups water, milk and ketchup. Bring to a boil. Stir in shell macaroni; return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add cheese sauce, tomato and onions; stir until well blended.
