Crabmeat Goddess

Makes 50 to 60 bite-sized servings
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 Tbsps. thinly sliced green onion tops and bottoms
1 Tbsp. lemon juice2 Tbsps. tarragon wine vinegar
½ cup sour cream1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup parsley, snipped
Salt and coarsely ground black pepper, to taste
Dash or two of hot sauce
2 lbs. lump crabmeat, picked for shells

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except crabmeat; gently fold in crabmeat and refrigerate. Serve with crisp cocktail crackers.
