Crockpot Sweet Pototoes & Polish Sausage

1 or 2 Sweet Potatoes (depending on the size) diced
2 green onions chopped fine
1 clove garlic (minced)
3 white potatoes for each 2 people eating diced
cinnamon to taste
2 tbs honey or 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 polish sausage sliced

Place all ingredients in the crockpot with water or broth to just cover the potatoes. Cook on low for 8 -10 hours or on high for 4.
