Deviled Eggs


Makes 12 halves
6 hard-boiled eggs
4 Tbsps. Mayonnaise ( or miracle whip)
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsps. sweet relish
3 Tbsps. fried crumbled bacon, well drained
Salt and pepper, to taste
1½ tsp. chopped dill, divided
Paprika, to taste

Slice eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove yolks. Mask yolks with mayonnaise and mustard, adding a little more mayonnaise, if desired; add sweet relish, bacon, salt and pepper and ½ teaspoon dill. Pile mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle lightly with remaining dill and paprika.
