Fresh Salsa

4 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 TBSP green onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh snipped cilantro or 1/4 cup dried cilantro.
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice or lime juice 1/4 tsp salt
Ground black pepper to taste

Chop tomatoes and green onion with Food Chopper; place in Classic2-Quart Batter Bowl. Snip cilantro with Kitchen Shears. Add cilantro and remaining ingredients to tomato mixture; mix gently. Cover; chill until ready to serve. Place salsa in serving bowl Yield: Approximately 1 cup Personally I do not seed my tomatoes, it gives the salsa an extra nice texture. I always use fresh cilantro, it really makes a difference!
