Ham and Cheese Spread

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
1 cup chopped fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
assorted crackers

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and soup mix until smooth. Stir in ham and cheese. Mold or place in container. Sprinkle with parsley. Chill until serving. Serve with crackers or breads. A good smoked ham works well with this, leftovers are great from a bone-in ham
