Italian Salsa Verde

1 cup chopped Italian parsley
4-6 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
2 T. capers
4 canned flat anchovy fillets
1 t. lemon juice
6 T. extra virgin olive oil


Put all ingredients in small bowl of food processor and blend well. Drizzle olive oil slowly through top and mix well. Will last refrigerated for several days, or freeze up to 3 months.
