Missouri Hash

1 large Onion, chopped
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 C. canned Tomatoes Mashed
1/2 C. uncooked Rice
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Brown ground beef and onion, season. Add the rest of the ingredients. Put into a casserole dish, cover. Bake at 375? F. for 1 hour. You can sprinkle on cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking if you like
