Oven Brisket


4- to 5-lb. brisket
1 small bottle garlic salt
2 bottles liquid smoke flavoring
2 Tbsps. Worcestershire sauce.

Cover top and bottom of brisket heavily with 2/3 of the bottle of garlic salt; add liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Seal in heavy-duty foil and place in a roaster pan. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. In the morning, bake in a 250-degree oven for 6-7 hours. Do not open foil while baking.
