POTATO SOUP
2lb potatoes 8oz shredded cheese
1 small onion, diced milk and chicken broth
1tsp. celery salt, or to taste 1 stick oleo or butter
3 celery stalks, chopped 1pkg Hillshire Farm sausage, sliced
1 head broccoli, chopped
Peel and cube potatoes. In large pot, cook potatoes, onions,
celery, celery salt, broccoli, milk, oleo and sausage. Add
salt and pepper to taste, can also add chives. Serve warm
and top with shredded cheese.
