Peach Tea Freeze

6 tea bags
1 package (3 oz.) peach-flavored gelatin dessert
1 can (15.5 oz.) peaches in heavy syrup
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1-qt. Covered Micro-Cooker, bring 1 cup water to boil; add teabags and steep for 5 minutes. Strain tea through lid into classic2-qt. Batter Bowl. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Drain juice from peaches into tea; chop peaches very finely with Food Chopper and add to batter bowl. Add ginger and cinnamon. Whisk to combine using10" whisk. Add water to tea mixture to measure 3-3/4 cups liquid. Divide evenly among 3 Ice Shaver Tubs. Freeze until firm. Remove frozen mixture from tubs; Shave using Ice Shaver.
