Indulge Your Taste Buds in these Scrumptious Recipes

 

Taco Log


Mix 2pks of pizza crust mix according to directions, set aside.
Brown and drain 2lbs of hamburg, onions optional.
Mix in 2pks of taco seasoning and simmer 10 min.
Spray pan with pam if needed.
Roll out crust onto large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
Spread hamburg mixture down the center of crust lengthwise.
Top with cheese. Fold two side edges over hamburg mixture to make a log. Bake at 350 for 15min.
Serve warm out of the oven. Cut desired size and top with tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream.
